A Day Out in Dorset

Yesterday, My nan, Grandad and I went to Dorset for the day to explore and see the wonderful sights of the Jurassic Coast. The weather was beautiful. Our first stop was Durdle door which is a Limestone arch in the sea.

It is stunning and is the perfect place for photographers (I think I must have taken about 300 photos yesterday). Im not expert but I do love this photo. If any photographers out there have any tips for me on how to improve my photos i would be very grateful.
This is the cove which is on the left side of Durdle Door. I could not believe how blue the sea was (the picture does not do it justice) I do not know why it has taken me 18 years to visit here.
The walk down to the beach was a trek with lots of steps and quite steep on the way back  but when you are surrounded by scenery like this, you don't mind.
I did get a bit snap happy.

Our next stop was Lulworth Cove. By the time we got here, we was all starving, so where better to get fish and chips then right by the coast. After we demolished the fish and chips we still had some room to have some ice cream (unfortunately I only had a little bit as im lactose intolerant and shouldn't of had any in the first place). There was a nice little pond on the way down to the cove and some very photogenic ducks.

After our brief stop, we was off to the New Forest where we spent most of the time driving around trying to find a little town which we went to before. 1 hour later we arrived in Burley which was a nice little village, however, not how I remembered it.

All in all, we all thoroughly enjoyed our day and are planning to go to the Isle Of Wight this weekend so if anyone has any recommendations on what to do and where to go on the island, please leave a comment as I have no idea what to do.

Welcome......

Hi, Can't believe I have taken the steps and created my own blog. Feels kind of silly documenting things in my life (as if anyone cares) but I think its a way keeping a track of what is happening in my life so I can look back and see how things have changed.

At the moment, it kind of feels like Im talking to myself so please could you leave a little comment to let me know that you have visited my blog, it would be really appreciated.

I will be blogging about things that are going on in my life and things that I am currently enjoying from food, what I am reading, travelling and more.

Tomorrow I will be going to Lulworth Cove and the New Forest which is Dorset. I will take some pictures to show to you all. I am a amateur when it comes to photography so if any of you lovely people have any tips I will be very grateful.
